Pastor Austin Keller
Born and raised in Argyle, Michigan, Austin Keller felt the call of God during his senior year of high school to go into pastoral ministry. Through God’s will, Austin enrolled in bible college in Missouri and came back to serve at his home church, Novesta Church of Christ in Cass City. Later, Austin with support with Novesta and family planted a brand-new church in Ubly, Michigan. Now Austin serves full-time at Ubly Christian Church which launched in January of 2018. Austin is married to beautiful wife Sarah and has one daughter Lydia, and another coming in 2019. Both Austin and family live in Argyle.
Austin earned a Bachelor’s degree in preaching ministry from Central College of the Bible in May of 2017. During his time in Missouri, Austin preached at various local church, held weekly nursing home visits and participated in a Christian musical and mission trip.
Austin is looking forward to the future of building God’s kingdom in the thumb. Ubly Christian vision statement is “Placing the fingerprint of Jesus on the thumb of Michigan.” One of the best ways of accomplishing that vision is working with the local churches in our area so we can make an impact together.
